Positive: Food was amazing! Half board was excellent value The spa and view from the spa was lovely, although wish it was open longer. The rooms were very spacious. Location next to col raiser lift was very convenient. They put on some music one. Night which our daughter loved. We loved how they decorated the table differently each night.
Negative: Very frustrating that the indoor play area in the facilities list was incorrect. With a small child it was the main reason we chose the hotel. Thankfully the weather was good. The back rooms look out to the car park of the lift. It means there is not a nice view and the cars can wake you in the morning. It’s fine though if you don’t mind these things. Some of the staff were great but some on the bar or waiters were pretty unfriendly. The location is great for the lift but not for town. You need a car.
Summary: Great food and spa but incorrect listing spoilt the stay.

Positive: Breakfast was included, fantastic, and varied. We had fresh squeezed orange juice, various fruit juices, a wide array of fruit, cereal, pastries, and toastie sandwiches. There was something new each day. There was also an espresso machine and pour over coffee. We also enjoyed dinner, we don't eat fancy usually but this was (while also a great value - was 35 euros per person while we were staying there with 4-5 courses). Dinner also included a multi-course toddler meal for no extra charge. There was free cake each day too for a mid day snack, and the bar area was a friendly space. The yard of the hotel has a gorgeous view of the mountains and a nice bench to watch the alpenglow. The yard also has a lot of activities for children that we found useful as something to do in the rain. There is a cable car lift just next door as well for an easy access to the mountains. The hotel had kid-carrier backpacks for rent which could be helpful for anyone who that doesn't bring one.
